The newly planned NIMZ technology research center will serve as India's first platform and provide an optimal research environment by grouping it into a single cluster. Therefore, order is given to the new site through a grid system and applied as a standard for placement in the research complex to respond organically to the environment and enable sustainable growth.

새롭게 계획되는 NIMZ에 들어서는 기술연구소는 인도의 첫번째 플랫폼으로서의 역할을 수행하며, 하나의 클러스터로 묶어 최적의 연구환경을 제공할 것이다. 따라서 새로운 대지에 그리드 시스템을 통하여 질서를 부여하고, 이를 연구단지 내 배치의 기준으로 적용하여 환경에 유기적으로 대응하고, 지속가능한 성장이 가능하도록 한다.
