The era of social distancing due to the pandemic has greatly shaken up the way design offices work, and we have come to need a new ‘home’ accordingly.

It is a time when we need an office building that is economical within a limited budget, secures the maximum available space, and can actively respond to changes in employees’ work patterns.

The new office building aims to harmonize the ‘traditional values’ that the architectural group Space has accumulated over 60 years and the ‘radical innovation’ created by young ideas looking toward the next 100 years.

팬데믹으로 거리두기가 일상화된 시대는 설계사무소의 업무방식을 크게 뒤흔들고 있으며, 우리는 그에 따라 새로운 ‘집’을 필요로 하게 되었다.

한정된 비용안에서 경제적이면서, 최대 가용면적을 확보하여 직원들의 업무형태 변화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 사옥이 필요한 시점이다.

새사옥의 지향점은 공간이라는 건축 집단이 60여년 동안 쌓아온 ‘전통적 가치’와 100년을 바라보는 젊은 생각들이 만들어내는 ‘파격적 혁신’, 이 두 개념의 조화에 있다.
